Amazing clinic. My dogs aren't exactly what many would call "well-behaved", but despite this character defect, the staff at Noah's Ark were compassionate and provided excellent service during their exam. Their appointments also run on time. I highly recommend this clinic to any pet owners in the Lexington area.
2nd time here & i absolutely love it. super caring and friendly staff. love that they reassure your pet the whole time especially if they have bad anxiety or are super squirmy. definitely recommend!
They r so sweet and Patient with the patient and animal owner. I was very nervous. Because my buster was going in for oral surgery. They set down with me and explained everything told me what it was going to cost I Freaked out. But when I took him in there to say good bye. They was very understanding I love the older gentleman out front very understanding and buster loved him. I was so happy when I got my bill it was a lot lot less then what they Quote me thank God. They had me go back couple of times taking care of my buster and me. I was very impressed with their staff and kindness of the vet. I would recommend anybody to go there
I have been to several vets over the years this is my favorite vet office out of the 5+ I have visited.
They are kind, knowledgeable and are still very considerate and understanding when I was emotional when my pets got sick. They tell me all of the information I might need up front and don’t leave me second guessing.
10 outta 10 service. Fees are reasonable and the vet assistants are very friendly and nice.
Clover has had several medical issues over the last few years that required procedures that my regular vet could not provide. He recommended them and they have been excellent! Always very thorough, and professional, yet very caring. They have followed up after EVERY visit and often times, will continue to make additional effort to check in on her about a week later.
Do not bring your animals here! My dads golden retriever was really sick. He said she needs a xray. They said they did a xray and charged him. Said it was gas. She passed away a few days later. My dad did a autopsy and she swallowed a rope and couldn't pass it. I dont even think they did a xray they should have found that.
Very friendly people with wonderful customer service that make you feel at home every appointment and they will work with your budget. They're tentative an empathetic and I don't know if I would go anywhere else with my two babies Ginger and sunny
